Donald Shantz

Donald Shantz, 77, passed away on November 4, 2020 in Amarillo.

Donald was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to William and Anna Shantz on August 6, 1943. He enjoyed, sports, spending time with his family and he never met a stranger. He was a Marine Corp Sargent for four years during which he served in Vietnam. He married his late wife Veda A. Binns on June 25, 1967. Donald married Lavone Shantz in April of 1999.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Veda A. Shantz, and Shirley Shantz

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Alicia Shantz, son Darren and his wife Lisa Shantz; his sister Elaine Oliver; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Cremation services have been entrusted to Lighthouse Funeral & Cremation Services.
